2025 Fire Code Adoption in progress:

First public reading of Resolution 25-08, local Fire Code Adoption Ordinance 2025-08 was conducted at our Special Board Meeting on  September 23rd at 10:00am. 

Second public reading of Resolution 25-08, local Fire Code Adoption Ordinance 2025-08. Possible action by Board. 

Public hearings will be held at the Administrative Offices of the Boulder Creek Fire Protection District, 13230 Central Ave Boulder Creek, CA 95006. 

Copies of the proposed Ordinance are available for review at the District Office, located at 13230 Central Ave Boulder Creek, CA 95006.
