Job Announcement:
BCFPD Administrative Assistant

REPORTS TO: Fire Chief and Board of Directors
SUPERVISES: Non-Supervisory Position
LOCATION: Boulder Creek Fire Protection District Office
TERMS: Part-time – 19 hours/week
SALARY: Based on Experience- Salary range $ 22.00 – $28.00 per hour

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School graduate or tested equivalent. Proficient in typing, use of Microsoft Word and Excel,
and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Calendar). Use of Apple and Microsoft
operating systems preferred. Proficient in using Fax/Copy machine.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer telephones, greeting visitors, accounts receivable and payable, board meeting preparation,
new hire on-boarding and documentation, payroll, and budget reports.
